Solstice Musings

By June 25, 2025July 25th, 2025Uncategorized
This Solstice season invites creativity, expansion, and manifestation. I’m feeling it deeply—like the ground beneath me has shifted—and I’m paying attention.
My direction in serving women is evolving. Yes, elder women are amazing, and it’s their wisdom that inspires me to expand my focus to include a broader spectrum of women.
Cross-pollination between generations feels essential in these wild times. And though transformation is needed across all races, cultures, and genders, I’m staying rooted in the world I know best—supporting mature women on the journey from striving to thriving.
I meet so many women who seem to have it all together, yet beneath the surface, they struggle with self-confidence or simply are not comfortable in their own skin. This saddens me deeply, because the world needs more of us—fully present, aware, joyful. I don’t want my sisters to suffer.
As fear and anxiety run rampant, those of us who can must hold steady—for ourselves and for others who haven’t yet found their ground. Yes, we offer tangible help, but never underestimate the power of our Presence.
And if you’re in a season of dis-ease, be gentle with yourself. We all have our moments, or months, or even years. We’re here to lift one another up and lead with love—especially for ourselves.

“Ask what is needed. Do what you can.”

And don’t forget to ask for what you need, too.

Jump over here and scroll to the bottom for a set of powerful self-reflection questions to help you gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and stay grounded in uncertain times.
